This document constitutes the formal Service Agreement between the Client and **WebFast** (webfast.store), a technology agency based in Patna, Bihar. These terms govern all professional engagements for web engineering and software development services.
WebFast provides custom technology solutions, including high-speed web development, mobile application engineering, UI/UX design, and cloud infrastructure management. Each project's specific deliverables are outlined in a dedicated Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Project Quote.
All projects commence with a formal discovery phase. Initial estimates are for informational purposes only; fixed-price quotes and technical roadmaps are issued only after a detailed architectural review by our engineering team.
The Client must provide accurate and verifiable business information, including a valid contact number (+91 855 598 8401) and business email, to facilitate professional coordination and project management.
Payments are structured around verifiable project milestones (e.g., 30% Discovery, 40% Development, 30% QA/Deployment). No work commences on a milestone until the associated invoice has been cleared.
All service pricing is subject to applicable Indian taxes (GST), which will be itemized on all formal invoices. The Client is responsible for all financial obligations associated with the purchase of our technology services.
The Client is responsible for the timely delivery of all project-related assets, including logos, text content, and third-party API credentials. Delays in asset delivery will result in corresponding shifts in the project timeline.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of the custom code and final deliverables created specifically for the Client will be transferred to the Client. WebFast retains the right to use the project in its professional portfolio.
The Client warrants that all content provided for the project does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. WebFast is not responsible for the legality or accuracy of content provided by the Client.
We utilize an agile development methodology. The Client is required to review and provide feedback on development sprints within 3 business days to ensure the project remains on schedule.
Our solutions may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud). WebFast is not liable for the uptime, performance, or policy changes of these external service providers.
We provide a 30-day technical warranty post-launch. Any bugs discovered within this period that are due to our development error will be rectified at no additional labor cost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebFast's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project phase in which any dispute arises.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 15 days' written notice. The Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the point of formal termination.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
